Connect Two was a shared show in which both Etsuko and her long-term artistic collaborator and friend, Alison Bickmore, are presenting new paintings and prints. Alison Bickmore’s mixed-media work originates in her encounters with British landscape and explores traces which are left within the process of change.

This show was sponsored by the Japanese Embassy within Japan/UK150 as a contemporary artistic example of Japanese/British cross-cultural partnerships which commenced with the inauguration of diplomatic relations 150 years ago.
